A deposit of 30% of your total stay is required with your Master or visa card or  Bank Managers check or cash,  addressed to Stephanie ‘s Hotel, Massade, Gros Islet, P.O. Box 497, Castries,  St. Lucia W.I  to confirm your reservation. The balance of the payment is due  30 days prior to departure or immediately if you book within 30 days.

A fee of 20% of your total stay will be charged if proper notice is not given  by the due date.
